Terms and pricing frequently asked questions

What is the minimum term for the subscription contract?

• For subscribers paying by credit card, there is no minimum term. Monthly payments are automatically applied to your credit card each month starting the day you subscribe and continuing each month thereafter. For subscribers paying by check, the minimum term is 6 months paid in advance.

Should I decide to cancel, what are those terms?

• Subscription cancellations may be requested at any time via email.Upon requesting a cancellation, the subscriber may use Red Rhino until the next subscription payment is due. Hard Hat does not issue pro-rated refunds.

Is there an extra charge for training?

• Hard Hat does not charge extra for training. Online automated training is available 24/7. One-on-one training is subject to schedule availability.

What happens if my credit card expires or I forget a payment?

• Hard Hat provides a 5 day grace period during which your user license will remain active so you may bring your account current. Payments to your account are applied retroactively to the date your subscription expired.
